We currently accept the following payment methods. The exact options shown at checkout can vary by country, currency, device and order value.

AndBloom Gift Cards
Currencies & pricing
We display and charge in your local currency where available (e.g., EUR, GBP, USD).
If your bank account is in a different currency, your provider may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
Any bank or transfer fees are not refunded by AndBloom.
When you’re charged
Card, Wallets & PayPal: your bank may place an authorization hold at order confirmation. We capture the payment when we ship your order. If we cancel, the hold is released by your bank (timing varies by bank).
Pre‑orders: some items (e.g., limited editions) may be charged at order placement so we can reserve stock for you. If timing differs, we’ll state this on the product page and at checkout.
Buy now, pay later: billing is managed by the BNPL provider under its own terms (e.g., Klarna’s installments).
Security & data protection
Your payment security is our priority. AndBloom runs on Shopify’s secure checkout:
PCI DSS compliant processing: card data is handled on PCI‑compliant infrastructure; AndBloom does not store full card numbers.
TLS/SSL encryption: all checkout pages are protected with modern HTTPS encryption.
3D Secure (3DS/3DS2): where required, you’ll complete an extra verification step with your bank (e.g., SMS, banking app). This helps prevent fraud and shifts liability to the issuer on authenticated transactions.
Fraud screening: automated fraud analysis helps us verify orders and protect customers.
Privacy: we process personal data in line with GDPR and only for legitimate order and customer‑service purposes.
Payment troubleshooting
Declines: if a card is declined, please try another method, ensure your billing address matches your bank records, or contact your card issuer to approve the transaction.
Duplicate authorizations: some banks show multiple pending lines for a single order; duplicates fall away automatically when we capture or void the authorization (timing depends on your bank).
BNPL questions: for Klarna/Shop Pay Installments, check your provider app/email for billing dates or to manage your plan.
Taxes & duties
Any applicable VAT/sales tax is shown at checkout. If duties apply for cross‑border shipments, we’ll either display them at checkout or they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery, depending on your destination’s rules.
