Bahar’s story is one of transformation and empowerment. From her years of expertise as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant, master beautician, and professional hair & make-up artist, to becoming the head of the Be Organic Institute in Wiesbaden, Germany, she has always had one mission: to create products that support natural beauty while protecting women’s health.
Her defining moment came when she learned that synthetic hair dyes and beauty products were linked to long-term health risks, such as breast and bladder cancer. Shocked and driven to find a better solution, Bahar embarked on a journey to develop plant-based hair dyes and clean, effective skincare products—giving birth to NOELIE. It’s no coincidence that the name NOELIE means “new beginning,” symbolizing her commitment to creating a healthier future for her daughter and all women. The brand uses a patented lipsomal formulation in our product formulations for a cell boost effect! The active ingredients are packaged in liposomes and oleosomes so that they can also penetrate the deeper layers of the skin and hair and work from the inside out rather than just on top.
