I was already familiar with radiofrequency treatme

I was already familiar with radiofrequency treatments, which have given my skin incredible results, and over the years, I have also regularly undergone microneedling sessions. So when I heard about Morpheus8—a combination of both—I decided to give it a try.

For me, aging means embracing where I am in life, but that doesn’t mean I don’t do everything I can to keep my skin as healthy and beautiful as possible. I have had three treatments so far and worked closely with @glowinstitute.nl to tailor the approach to my specific needs. My main focus was on my neck and cheekbones.

The treatment itself was a fascinating experience and the results take a few months to fully appear, as Morpheus8 stimulates natural collagen production, which takes time. However, after my first two sessions, I already noticed improvements in my skin quality and a visible tightening of my ‘turkey neck.’ I’m excited to see the full effects unfold!

A love dump today. I can hardly believe how quickly last week flew by—it felt like it was over in the blink of an eye. Finn has grown so much over the Christmas break that he now reaches my shoulders! At this rate, he’ll soon tower over me—especially since he already wears the same shoe size as I do, a 37.

The coming weeks will be all about interviewing and writing for my new book. And, of course, photography! I’m really looking forward to it. This week, Daniella from @inbarandco will be coming over for a portrait session at my home, which I’m very excited about.

My interior-loving heart skipped a beat yesterday when my new sofa arrived! I’ve been dreaming of this pink @fatboy_original beauty for so long.

We’ve been living in this house for two years now, and when we first bought it, renovated it, and moved in, I was completely consumed by the renovation and interior design process. The years that followed were all about settling in and truly making it our own. But creating a home is more than just a process—it’s a feeling.

And now, after some time, I finally feel that fresh spark of interior inspiration again! Soon, I’ll be diving into some wallpaper projects as well. Stay tuned! 😘
