All orders are shipped from the location of the brand partner you buy from. We all aim to ship orders once a week. For "Made to Order" products or orders on back-order, longer lead times will be displayed on the product details page.
All the shipments are sent Track with Trace number by mail when the order is shipped so you can track your package.
We will do everything we can to ensure the goods are shipped safely.
As a marketplace, all our brand partners ship to you using their chosen logistics partner. Details of the shipping carrier will be outlined to you once your order is fulfilled.
