We know it can be challenging to tell if the clothes you buy online will truly suit you, or if an interior item will fit perfectly in your space, even with all the pictures and descriptions we provide. That's why we've made returning items super easy for you.
Returns are only accepted if they are shipped within 14 days after you have received the package. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense (also any potential import costs incurred for a return are the customer's responsibility) . As a small business, we kindly ask you to consider the extra work involved and the environmental impact of returns. If you have any doubts about an item, feel free to email us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help!

Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be returned.
For customers wishing to return items from countries where import taxes are applicable, we are not liable for these costs. They will be deducted from the original purchase amount to compensate for import taxes. If the incurred amount exceeds the product price, we reserve the right to refuse the package and return it to the customer.
