I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo in Belgrade, and it was an experience worth sharing.
The warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a memorable stay when I arrived.
After a half-hour drive from the airport, I arrived at the hotel, conveniently located in the heart of Belgrade, within walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant streets, historical sites, and cultural landmarks that Belgrade has to offer.
The room was a bit small but modern and tastefully decorated with a blend of contemporary design and local artistic touches. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. For a hotel in the city center, the noise from people going out at night was manageable, but that’s something you expect when you book a hotel in the center. The amenities provided, including a spacious bathroom, bathrobes, and an ironing board/iron (always handy), Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV with YouTube for the kids, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall convenience and comfort.
The hotel boasts a range of facilities that cater to both business and leisure travelers. I was there for both, and they provided the perfect spot to work and relax. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing for a good workout session. Additionally, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant provided a cute courtyard safe haven feeling, the perfect place for a late morning breakfast and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is healthy and diverse, and in addition to the buffet, there is a small à la carte option with avocado toast treats.
In conclusion, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and cozy breakfast options make it a great choice for anyone visiting Belgrade. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the Serbian capital.
